Sweeps casinos run promotional sweepstakes rather than licensed gambling, so most of the country can play. Four states cannot.
The Four Closed States
Washington, Nevada, Idaho and California. Every site on the record applies that block itself, at registration and again at verification. An account opened from one of those states will not clear the identity check and a payout will not be released.
The block is the operators’ own legal decision, applied consistently across the market. There is no workaround we would publish.
Everywhere Else
In the rest of the country you can register, claim a free package and request payouts normally. Most sites set eighteen as the minimum age and a few require twenty-one, which the entries note.
Verification
Name, date of birth, address and usually a photo ID. Some sites add a selfie step. It happens once and took between a few minutes and two days across the eighteen accounts we funded.
Travelling
Location is checked during play, not only at sign-up, so logging in from a closed state normally suspends play until you return.
